Located at the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect for both business and family stays. the recently renovated rooms are modern and well-equipped. the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located right above a metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

The lobby can be crowded during afternoon tea, making it difficult to find a seat. the wait for the elevators can be long, with wait times ranging from 4 to 5 minutes on average.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Orchard neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and lovely views. The bathrooms are well-designed, with a dressing table and a shower. The service is excellent, with friendly staff who provide personalized service. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of food, and the executive lounge has delicious food and attentive staff. The hotel also offers great business facilities, with meeting rooms and public spaces for meals and meetings.

One negative aspect is that the check-in process can be a bit slow.

The hotel is in a prime location, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars. It's easy to walk or take the metro to various places, including the airport for late-night flights back to Aussie. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a big bathtub for relaxation. The service is top-notch, with professional and efficient staff. The breakfast offers a fresh and varied selection. the hotel has a nice swimming pool and a lounge area for guests to relax and socialize.

The pillows in the rooms are a bit too soft.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and great location of the hotel. Upon arrival, the staff offered me an early check-in to help with my jet lag after a long flight. The executive lounge was exceptional, with delicious food and drinks. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with options for every palate. The room was spacious and had a nice view. The hotel's convenient location, directly above the MRT station, made it easy to explore Singapore. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel is like entering a world of luxury. the exclusive amenities, such as the sauna and the outdoor swimming pool with a stunning view, made my stay here unforgettable. the beauty treatments offered were top-notch, and I enjoyed a relaxing body scrub and facial. the manicure and pedicure services were a special treat. Having breakfast by the poolside snack bar and dining in the restaurant was a wonderful experience. the room was spacious, with a great view of the sun terrace.

Although my experience with the hotel was exceptional, the entertainment was lacking.
